This morning I cast a vote for Charlie Brown. No shit. As I looked over the latest mail ballot (seems we have one every other month), I noted that a certain Mr. Brown was running unopposed in District 6 for Councilmember. I know nothing of this man but as a red-headed girl, I am inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.
